If it is approved by NCTE and recognised by the state government and also the affiliating body is UGC recognised then the B.Ed degree is valid and acceptable in any part of the state in India.

St. Xavier's is fairly good. But there are many better MBA colleges in Bangalore like Symbiosis, Christ, Bangalore University, etc.

You will have to appear for IIT JAM. It is the entrance test for IISc, Bangalore.
