See, both are very good provided you excel in the field. In CA you have to study a lot in order to become a CA then comes either a job or practice. So CA is the field in which you have to work very hard and devote a lot efforts and hours. While on the other hand, Bank PO is relatively easy. One can study and secure a decent rank and can earn a decent amount in no time. But Bank PO proves beneficial if you secure a good rank. So seeing in terms of efforts Bank PO is best and has a lot many jobs in a short period of time.

Hi, as per my opinion I would suggest you to go for IBPS PO since it will fetch you a government job. If you are thinking of distance learning in HR it is not that beneficial unless you do a full-time course. So IBPS PO will be the best option in this case. Also you can join some course for aptitude or practice at your own if you are a self-learner.

B.Com is a better option than BBA because in B.Com there are core subjects which are related to banking sector so if you are looking for a job in banking sector then you should go for B.Com.
