You can look for some finance and banking related courses like CFA (Certified Financial Analyst), FRM (Financial Risk Management), NCFM which are more recognizable in financial domain. Other certifications you can look for-
Certified Public Accountant CPA Certification, Certified Financial Planner, Financial Modelling Certification.

You shall have to complete your graduation and appear for the Bank PO exam. That needs to be cleared first. If you get selected, then Bank PO then career path goes this way
Bank PO- Assistant Manager- Branch Manager - Chief Manager - The AGM- The DGM- The CGM- GM.

Hi,
It is difficult to get a job in banks after 10+2. All candidates who possess a graduation degree in any stream from a recognised university to meet IBPS Clerk exam eligibility criteria.
