Hello dear, IBPS currently functions as an autonomous body that is mainly engaged in conducting competitive exams for recruitment to clerical and officers' posts in the banking sector. Now IBPS conducts four different recruitment processes namely CRP PO/MT, CRP RRBs, CRP Clerical, CRP Specialist Officers under which various exams take place every year for banking sector recruitment. Any graduate can apply for the exam of IBPS in the age limit of 21 to 30 years. Exams are conducted in prelims, Mains and interview phase. This requires deep and complete knowledge of the syllabus. One can pursue courses in banking certification/ Diploma/ PG level. You can explore about courses by NSE/ BSE/ IIBF/ Ministry of corporate affairs / PG Diploma by ICICI etc. Also you can explore MBA ( Banking ) NIBM Pune, MBA ( finance) from reputed b school. Courses in banking can he done after 12th or graduation. NIBM Pune courses banking are one of the most reputed and pave way for lucrative jobs in banking sector. Best wishes.

Finance courses after 12th have a long way of growth in career. It has many opportunities and with the growing demand for finance. They say if you have an acumen to learn business, MBA can be done by anyone with any background. Moving to finance is absolutely possible but you need to put in a serious rigour in making yourself conceptually strong and market as well as job ready.
You can also consider School Of inspired Leadership for a one-year course. It has a really good curriculum and as it a consortium of major Indian companies the average package has been constantly going up.
