Hi Shubhi Shrivastava,
Placement:-
The placements are good. Paying a fee of 180000 and getting avg. Package of 4 lacs is not bad. ROI is good. Many colleges charge fees 10 lacs but are not able to provide placements. PIMR is doing great regarding placements. Many big companies like Delloite Amazon Axis bank ICICI Bank, etc. Come for placements and the highest package goes around 10-12 lacs and 70-80% students get placed. Students have to study hard be regular in college and maintain 70-75% per semester. (If you have a very good communication skill then marketing is the right specialisation to choose). Finance on the other hand also had a very good scope if your good with numbers. Finance is all about numbers and your skills so if your good at numbers choose finance. HR is also based on communication. The way you communicate with people. In india,
1. Finance jobs are restricted to marketing of financial products.
2. KPOs like Deloitte, Ocwen, Nationstar, Socgen, DB, J P Morgan, Anz, etc. will make you to work like hell with too much pressure and don't pay good packages until the person is from a reputed college.
3. Majority of the jobs are either mid or night shift and life is completely ruined by it when it comes to personal life
4. Market has reached the top line threshold where it does not require more MBA finance guys in future as most if the companies are automating work. This will reduce job opportunity in next 5 years.

Banking is one of the most exciting industry in current times. The way technology is changing the banking is also changing and for employees, its giving opportunities to learn a lot of things. Still in India there is a huge untapped potential and RBI along with government is working on Financial Inclusion. Payment banks and small banks licenses are expected soon which would open up a new era of niche banks. Growth in private sector and MNC bank depends more of performance of individual and that of bank as a whole, growth PSU is largely driven by seniority.
