I'll suggest you to opt for finance as there is great scope in this field in India as the Indian market has a lot more to do in the Fintech field and as you are from CSE department you can develop new environment in this field.

Yes, if you are interested in teaching, then you can easily go for that. Go for UGC and then, try for JRF as well so that you will eligible as a lecturer in any university and then after that, you may go for PHD.
