Hello! PGDM is a much better option to pursue in NL Dalmia since the curriculum is kept more updated and better by the college itself than that of the MS.

It's kind of similar, but not exactly same. You might find same genres of sections, some may be clubbed or separate. But CAT in general is tougher than a PO exam. So, practice hard for CAT you might end up clearing the PO exam atleast.
