First of all you have to decide what you want to do? If you have interest in finance then go for B.Com. After completing it then go for MBA (Finance). Also, you can choose BBA if you interested in marketing and then you can choose MBA (Marketing). Both are good specializations.

I would highly recommend you to go for full-time MBA in banking & finance as it would enable you to expand your horizons in terms of finance & banking as there are many business schools which provide internship training in best companies excelling in banking & finance sector that allows a particular student to gain proper industry experience. Also, after the completion of the course, students of such colleges are given placements with a package starting from 7 LPA onwards. Hi Maria,
Since you will already hold an MBA, you must question yourself why you need another degree and how it is going to help you? Which course you should apply for is something you should know after figuring out what you want to do with your career. If you are not aware of it yourself, I feel that you should first consider your interests and career choices and make a decision. Still, if you want to go abroad for the sake of it, you may choose anything of your interest and relevant to your education, you can see a number of options in the following link:
