PSBs usually recruit from IBPS exams. They don't visit colleges for PO roles as such. I believe, if you prepare well for IBPS, you will get your dream Public sector bank.

For a risk analyst role, an MBA/PGDM from a top college is necessary. There are global banks who come for such roles and also give good pay.
And, your Bachelors degree of electrical engineering won't matter in getting that coveted role.

Although you love banking jobs, there are many roles in a bank. For example, if you want investment banker role, you will have to get an MBA degree from the top 10 colleges. But, if you want a desk job role, an MBA isn't necessary as such.

Certainly, you can use your learning for financial modelling in the shipping industry. Look at any industry it requires finance, accounting and other management segments as enabling functions. Do some financial modelling with the data available online for shipping companies like Merck send the modelling to the financial head via email or through social media connectivity. Alternatively you can find a job in shipping industry. All these industries will be around quotes so you can look at Mumbai, Chennai, Visakhapatnam, Kochi, etc.

Hi, if you are looking at a banking job, I would recommend that you apply for banking jobs, which are available post B.Com. Certainly, there is no harm in pursuing Master's degree, but I would advise that you look at your strength, and then take the decision. Currently you can take some coaching around Bank preparation i.e PO exams that will help you crack such tests. Alternatively, the private banking sector has also launched their Masters/Diploma courses which leads to a permanent employment. You can look at that option also.
