MBA Banking and Insurance is a niche sector specific MBA which will restrict your career to BFSI industry only. It is suggested that you do more broader MBA Finance from top BSchool to have better job opportunities and career growth. MBA Finance from top BSchool get lots of job from BFSI industry.

1- PO exams after that so many exams for higher position promotion sites.
2- MBA with finance and banking sector.

It looks like that you new in banking sector. For getting jobs in banks, common recruitment exams are conducted.
IBPS conducts the common written exams for nationalized banks, for the post of PO, Clerk & SO.
Rather than this, many banks conduct their own exam like Bank of Baroda . SBI conducts its own exam as well.
So you have to give & qualify it.
