CAT coaching is helpful for getting admission in MBA colleges.
Banking is a different field. You should do graduation and start doing preparation for banking.

It will be better to do specialised banking degree or PG Diploma after B.Com. A lot of private banks run a one-year banking Diploma for graduates in collaboration with B-Schools with guaranteed job. You may apply for such courses after graduation degree.

If you are interested in banking sector, then you should clear IBPS or PO exam. If you want to go in private bank, then you should do MBA in finance and try to take depth knowledge of the market.

Graduate of any discipline is eligible to join bank as a probationary officer or in clerical services. However, to clear bank PO and clerical services examination, you require basic understanding of maths of class 10th level.

As you mention that you are already working in Banking field for 2.5 years, doing a PG Diploma in Banking & Finance can be immensely beneficial to you.
The first big advantage that you would get is a significant RISE in your profile.
