In the olden days, recruitment at an early age was undertaken. These days Graduation seems to be minimum. But, competition increase day by day and so, nothing is left to chance. Concentrate up on Mathematics from the beginning and always think of good speed in reading. With speed, you can do miracles in many examinations.

Hi,
If you are a CA (It would have been better if you would have pursued CFA from USA instead of CA if your aim was to make career in banking sector) and Diploma in Banking, you may get career in credit control, credit appraisal, risk management etc in Banking industry. It is not core accounting job, but has lot of monetary benefit.
