You have not mentioned your present qualification. You can look at pursuing either B.Com or BBA. Ensure that you score a minimum of 60% in your final year of graduation. After this, you have two options. The first option is to start applying for bank openings under IBPS, as in, clerical or probationary officer. Let me mention that competition is fierce. You also need to keep in mind, that bank openings are slowly reducing, which means you have to crack the exam at the first attempt. The second option is to pursue your MBA \ PGDM from a reputed B School and make your career with private or foreign banks

If you are going for bank exam then you have to first prepare for exam in which you need good mathematics, English , current affairs and reasoning , you can also purchase any good book from market for bank exam

If you complete your graduation degree then you can go for MBA , you can take commerce at 12h level , today if you complete graduation degree in any then you can also give BANK exam for PO or clerk

You can opt for B.Com as a graduation degree and start preparing for bank PO exams.
You can take up public sector/ regional sector banks to build a career in banking domains.
Recruitment for this position in conducted by IBPS.
The recruitment process of public sector banks includes competitive examination followed by an interview.
Probationary officer is the entry level position in the officer cadre in banking industry.
19 banks including Bank of Baroda, Andhra Bank, Canara Bank and Allahabad Bank recruit probationary clerks, probationary officers and specialist officer.
