The university has released 2020-21 placement statistics for the Faculty of Commerce. A total of 200 students received the campus placements. More than 30 companies visited the campus for MSU placements 2021, which included top recruiters such as TCS, Concentrix, Tech Mahindra and Kotak Mahindra Bank.

There are certain Eligibility requirements for applying for the course:
The candidate must have passed the Central Board of Secondary Education's (10+2) or High School Senior Secondary test, or any exam that is equivalent and offered by any State Board. He/she needed to have gotten at least a 50% overall grade with English as a subject. The minimum aggregate is relaxed by 5% for all SC/ST candidates.
