BBA in Australia

You are not eligible for MS is CS in USA or Australian Universities after BBA degree as you do not meet the eligibility criteria to do MS CS. You must be B.Tech CS or IT or equivalent degree holder to do MS CS.

Yes dear, definitely you can do your BBA in Australia. Scholarships can be availed from the university if they find you brilliant. Very good grades, say above 70% or 8 out of 10 CGPA in your 10+2, IELTS of 6.5 and higher, letters of recommendation and a convincing statement of purpose are essential. NIOS is recognized, but I will advice you to contact a few universities like University of Western Sydney, Australian School of Management, University of Southern Queensland etc personally that is email them about NIOS acceptance. Every university abroad has separate requirements. Best of Luck.
