The eligibility criteria for the BBA LLB (hons) programme at Quantum University are as follows:

  • students should have passed 10,12 exams from any recognised board/ council.
  • Students must have scored a minimum of 50% marks in total in the 10, 12 exams.

The students can also avail the scholarship through Q-Care exam which is conducted by the university itself. The Q-Care exam is not a prerequisite for admission to the BBA LLB (Hons) programme at Quantum School of Law.

The eligibility criteria for BBA LLB at GITAM School of Law Visakhapatnam:
A minimum of 45% aggregate marks in the Intermediate / 10 +2 or equivalent level with any combination of subjects from a recognised central / state board or its equivalent and also score obtained in GAT (Law UG) - 2022.Candidates looking forward to practice law in India, are required to clear the All India Bar Exam (AIBE), conducted by BCI. On clearing the AIBE exam, lawyers are awarded a ‘Certificate of Practice’ which is mandatory for practising the profession as an advocate in India.

The eligibility criteria for BBA LL.B at SVKM'S NMIMS School of Commerce, Dhule, require the candidate to have passed the XIIth Standard examination conducted by a recognised Board/University with a minimum of 50% in the examinations along with considerable CLAT score.Additionally, candidates should have passed the 10+2 or equivalent examination from International Baccalaureate Diploma (IB Certificate or DP or CP awarded).The institute also offers BBA Admissions 2023, requiring candidates to have a 10+2 with 60% aggregate.

The PULAT eligibility criteria for the BCom LLB and BBA LLB admission are the same as the PULAT BA LLB eligibility criteria. The eligibility criteria for the three 5-year LLB courses have been mentioned below: 

  • Pre-University/ Higher Secondary/ 10+2 Examination Pass form recognised Board with minimum of 45% in aggregate ( 40% in case of candidates belonging to Reserved Category)
  • Appeared for CLAT/LSAT-India/PULAT ( Presidency University Law Admission Test)
  • The maximum age limit for candidates is 20 years as on the first day of July of the year of admission (22 years in case of candidates belonging to Reserved Category)
