No, law is not a mandatory subject for Class 12th under Parul University BBA LLB eligibility criteria. Candidates who have passed Class 12th with a minimum of 45% aggregate from a recognised board are eligible for BBA LLB course. There are no restrictions based on subjects or stream of Class 12th.

The minimum eligibility for BBA LLB at RILS Bangalore is passing Class 12/ PUC or equivalent examination with at least 45% aggregate (43% aggregate for OBC and 40% aggregate for SC/ ST). The selection criteria is entrance based with the institute accepting CLAT/ AILET/ LSAT India/ RILS Entrance Test scores for the same.

To get selected into BBA LLB course at P.E.S. Modern Law College, students need to complete the eligibility condition first. Then, they need to secure an appropriate scores in MH CET LAW. Also, the admission is subject to CET Allotment and Approval.
