Yes, this is a good college for studying law. moot courts are available in all the colleges in accordance with the guidelines for education in law by the bar council. for internships, the college may have a placement cell but the internships it guarantees cannot be always good or available to you as there are many other parameters for that.

While both colleges are excellent, better take the admission in the main campus and select NMIMS. This was established way before OP Jindal and is more recognized.
