Praxis Business School is one of the best b school in Kolkata and Eastern region but they do not offer BBA. They offer courses at PG level.

Both are equally good. Placement wise KLE is good but one can also consider things like fees and teaching quality. As for BBA placements are not that much high.

Most of the universities in India offer BBA in English . Some regional colleges in Punjab may use some Punjabi language as medium of instruction but most in English or Hindi.
