I’m sorry but I couldn’t find any government college in Trivandrum that offers BBA in logistics and supply chain.
However, there are other colleges that offer this course.
You can check out the following colleges:

No, IIM, Udaipur does not offer BBA in retail and Sales Management programs. IIM, Udaipur offers two years of MBA, one year of MBA Global supply chain, IIM Udaipur offers two years MBA program, one year MBA- Global supply chain management, one year MBA- Digital enterprise management and PhD. At IIM Udaipur, these are the courses of study and diplomas.

Hindu College admission for UG courses (as per DU) will be through Common Seat Allocation System of the University of Delhi. But, at first, it is necessary that aspirants opt for DU during CUET form filling and later apply on the CSAS portal to be eligible for admission. The admission process after CUET result declaration is explained below:
Step 1: After the declaration of the CUET UG exam, register on the DU CSAS portal in multiple phases.
Step 2: Submit College + Course combination preferences in the order of priority on the CSAS dashboard. Here student must select their preferred course and Hindu College as the option.

Yes, Sharda University admission to BBA is entirely entrance-based. The university accepts a valid score of SUAT, which is an in-house entrance exam of Sharda University. This exam is conducted in online mode for admission to all the UG & PG courses of Sharda University. Those who are willing to get admission to this course must pass Class 12 with 50% aggregate in Commerce/ Mathematics as a subject. The eligible candidates are selected based on their academic merit, valid scores in SUAT along with performances of candidates in the PI round.
