Actually it is depend on your perspective, NMIMS is renowned private university in Mumbai also it is considered amongst top in India. There are many different colleges affiliated with NMIMS.
Anil Surendra Modi School Of Commerce (ASMAOC) has BBA courses with affiliation from NMIMS University Navi Mumbai. So there are not much difference, if you search on shiksha's website or you get information on college website. Studying BBA in ASMAOC will get you degree from NMIMS.

Rishihood university offers BBA programme with two option in duration of the course. Students can opt for any four-year or three-years. The total course fee for BBA ranges between INR 2.40 Lacs and INR 4.2 lakh. Aspirants are required to pay the course fee after completion of all the selection rounds to confirm their seats. The selection to BBDU BBA course is based on merit in the last qualifying exam. Candidates must pass Class 12 with 50%-55% aggregate to apply for BBA course. Yes, the university offers a four and a half year BBA-MBA integrated course at the UG level. The structure of Integrated BBA + MBA is designed in such a way that students have to study the core courses from different functional areas of Management that are made compulsory. Later on, specialisations are offered in functional areas where the students can opt for two specialisations (1 major, 1 minor) out of the three offered: marketing, finance, and human resources.
