At the time of filling the application form for BCA course at New Horizon College, Kasturi Nagar campus, candidates are required to upload a set of scanned documents in the prescribed format. Once candidates get the confirmation of their seats, they have to upload all the following important documents:

• Class 10/ SSLC Marks Card – Original + 2 sets of photocopy
• Class 11/ I PUC Marks Card – Original + 2 sets of photocopy
• Class 12/ PUC Marks Card – Original + 2 sets of photocopy
• Transfer Certificate with caste/category mentioned – Original + 2 sets of photocopy
• Caste Certificate in case of SC/ST/OBC Candidates ( For Karnataka students only)
• Photographs – 6 passport-size + 4 stamp size
• Anti-ragging Affidavit on a Stamp Paper worth INR 20/-

Note: Candidates who have passed from the boards/university other than the Karnataka PU board shall submit migration certificate as well (original + 2 sets of photocopies).

For admission to a three-year BCA course at New Horizon College Kasturi Nagar campus, candidates are required to fulfil the basic eligibility criteria before applying for this course. At NHC, BCA course is offered in affiliation with BNU, it's mandatory to fulfil all the criteria as per the university's norms. BCA aspirants must pass Class 12 (second PUC of the Karnataka state or its equivalent) recognised by Bengaluru North University.
