The total tuition fee for BCA course is INR 5.40 lakh. Aspirants are required to pay the course fee after completion of all the selection rounds to confirm their seats. The university accepts SAT score for admission to BCA course. In case, a candidate is unable to pay the fee within the specified time, his or her admission will stand cancelled. Aspirants will also need to pay a registration fee to apply for admission. The application fee for each course is INR 1,200. Candidates can pay the registration fee via any of the online payment mode.

The eligibility criteria for the BCA course at Krishna College of Education and Management is that the candidate should have passed Class 12 or equivalent examination with Mathematics/ Computer/ Information Technology/ Computer Application/ Information Practices/ Computer Technology and Maintenance/ I Tes as one of the subjects with a minimum of 50% aggregate for General / OBC and 45% for SC/ST based on the total marks of all subjects.
