Which course you want to pursue that totally depends on what you wanna do after graduation. I mean if you want to work for a company as a developer then you should opt for BCA but if you want to be a professor then B.Sc. Is a good option for you. It doesn't mean that you cannot work for any company after B.Sc. But you have to work harder than others. The reason why I am telling you is that in B.Sc. The focus is on theoretical knowledge rather than BCA where you will learn about applications. Below are some of the best Private Universities:-

MBA in IT will be great choice after BCA. An MBA in IT Management will give you a unique competitive advantage as you will gain enhanced analytical and financial skills and knowledge of the latest technology. Its a lethal combination of two very dynamic aspects of any business: management expertise and IT. The course typically allows you to explore various leadership styles and learn to evaluate and select the most appropriate style for managing the many IT functions, projects, and staff to deliver the intended value of IT to the organisation. A few good universities for MBA are:
University of Mumbai, Mumbai
Geeta University, Panipat

No, you can't do it. You can do one course only at one time, do B.Sc. or BCA at your interest but I prefer you to do BCA.

Hi, if you were having Maths in your 12th then surely go for B.Tech as it has more vast curriculum as compared to BCA and offered much better industrial opportunities. But if you had Biology in 12th and want to make a career in CS then go for BCA. Hope this helps you!
