Hi, eligibility criteria for BCA varies from college-to-college. The basic eligibility criteria for admission to BCA colleges in Mumbai is as follows. The candidates:

• Must have passed Class 12 in any stream from a recognised university with a minimum aggregate between 45% to 55% and also, with English as a subject (pass percentage may vary in different colleges).
• Candidates can get admission on merit basis, written exam, or on the basis of a personal interview. This also varies from college to college.

As some of the characteristics of BCA course at KKHSOU Assam, it is noteworthy that to qualify to join the programme candidates must have passed 10+2 or equivalent in any stream (Vocational Stream inclusive) from any Council/ University approved by UGC. The last two were formed through political influences, there are no entrance test and Merit based admission system. It is an UG programme spanning four years in Open and Distance Learning Mode.
