Yes, you can if your 12th score is above 60%. First, you have to appear for SET (Symbiosis Entrance Test). There are three levels.
First is the entrance test, if you get cleared in that then PI-WAT(Private Interview and Written Ability Test) and if you score more than cut-out score, you will receive a mail that you have been selected for BCA.

You cannot get admission directly in the 2nd year after completing Dploma. You can get admission only in the 1st year.

Admission process for BCA:
1. Interested Candidates can obtain Application forms from Admission Office at IMS. Candidates can also fill the online inquiry form.
2. Then Registration Process.
3. Candidates seeking admission in BCA are required to meet the Admission Counselor in the Institute Premises.
4. Admission is confirmed on the basis of merit & interaction.
5. If Candidates are having 1 or 2 years gap after XII need to submit a Gap Year Certificate.

Yes, commerce students can pursue BCA even after being from non-mathematical background. Many universities provide admission to such students/candidates. Just look for that university and college, as you've already studied computer Science in your +2, BCA will be relatively easy for you. If you want to learn programming languages which you will be studying in your BCA course then you can check out this app which is specially designed and developed for BCA students.
