Yes, he is eligible for Master's degree if he has completed his BCA.

There no such thing as BCA tuition. You can search for tuition at your place where you live. Do you want to learn online? If so, you can do the subject wise study.

Bhai dekho BCA ke baad MCA ka sence toh Banta hai. Kosis kro ke agar private se MCA krte ho toh aap VIT jaise college se kro.

It is possible but you will have to study BCA from the 1st year only.

Their eligibility is 10+2 in any stream (Mathematics in High School) with a minimum of 45% marks for General and OBC candidates and pass marks for SC and ST candidates which means Maths is mandatory. Check the link

You can try for admission in universities like Lovely, Christ, Manipal, etc where non-mathematics students can get admission in BCA.

I'm not sure about BCA but I can certainly tell you about Banasthali Vidyapeeth. Fashion designing from Banasthali Jaipur, has a good scope. Though, it's a girls school and college, still the courses carried there are really great. The facilities, teaching staff and everything else is good enough to study in a proper environment. Plus, there is maximum chances of placement as it's a girls college which eventually has some benefits for every girl.
