Instead of government, I believe that you must try with privately or jointly run medical colleges. Though the privately run colleges have quite a high fee, starting from 4 lacs P.A (tuition fees) in a common scenario. Chances are bit slim, as of now even for your state quota. Try to check with some joint or privately run colleges.
