It depends upon your passion. If you have good financial position good and time, then you can go for MDS or start a clinic. If not, then you can work with any private hospital. There are lot of government jobs for BDS also.

There are many career opportunities for BDS graduates in government sectors. They can get employment through various government exams such as UPSC, State PSCs, SSC.

The only way to practice dentistry in UK is to pass ORE, a licensing exam conducted by British Dental Council. This exam is conducted twice a year (April and September) in UK.
