Yes, you can do Diploma in cosmetology without having Science background by pursuing some specialised programme those focus on medical cosmetology those require medical degree many cosmetology programs at Diploma and PG program.

I doubt. ANM course is specifically designed for female students, but there may be some colleges are permitted to offer ANM course to male students. You must research and check the eligibility criteria for those colleges, first. Though GNM is a good alternate for male students who cannot pursue an ANM course.
