For international students, the HU Berlin does not ask for a tuition fee. Students only have to pay an per semester enrolment fee of EUR 320 or INR 34.1 K to study at the university. For some courses however, students may have to pay a tuition fees, as listed below.

Yes, degrees delivered at BSBI, accredited as they are awarded by Universitá Telematica Internazionale UNINETTUNO, University for the Creative Arts and Concordia University Chicago, are recognised and accredited.
Talking about the accreditions UNINETTUNO, i an Italian university, accredited by Italian Minisry, delivers degrees authorized for teaching in Germany. On the other hand Concordia University chicago is a 150 year old institution which is fully recognized in the US and Germany, accredited by the Higher Learning Commission.

Under the title 'master's degree of Primo Livello', the study programme does not guarantee a direct entry to a third cycle degree a PhD in BSBI, as applicants are asked for a solid research proposal and usually five years of previous education in the first and second cycles.
However coming to Doctorate courses, applications are based on their merit and each university and country has their own admissions criteria. Hence applicants are suggested to check the official website to avoid the last minute hassles.
