The Mannheim Business School has an acceptance rate of around 17%, while that of ESMT Berlin is around 22%. Thus, it can be said that, while both institutions are very selective & tough to secure a seat at, the Mannheim Business School is relatively tougher to get into than ESMT Berlin.
Though, it must also be considered that Mannheim (#3) ranks higher than ESMT Berlin (#5) as part of the latest Shiksha Popularity Rankings.

Finding an Indian roommate at BSBI would not be a very big problem, considering the huge Indian student population in Berlin (over 20,000 in Germany).
BSBI has a vast Indian student community among its international students in business programs. Many platforms such as WG-Gesucht, Erasmusu or BSBI student forums regularly advertise Indian students looking for flatmates. Shared flat rents vary from €400-€600 monthly, per individual.

BSBI enlists tuition fees according to programs. For an undergraduate like B.Sc. in Business Management, tuition amounts to approximately €9,450 per annum (INR 8.2 lakh).
For postgraduate programs like the M.Sc. in International Business, tuition is €12,000 per annum (INR 10.4 lakh). The tuition for MBA programs is between €13,250 and €15,000 per annum (INR 11.5-13 lakh), depending on the specialization.
