Yes, Chinese, Indian and Vietnamese students must have their educational certificates verified by APS (Akademische Prüfstelle) of the relevant German embassy. After confirmation, APS certificate needs to be submitted online for the application for a VPD along with foreign education certificates to uni-assist for admission to TU Berlin.

To get a seat in a UG programme at TU Berlin students need to first fill out and submit the university's application within the application deadline. Students will also have to submit a university entrance qualification certificate, verified by preliminary review documentation, submit language proficiency proof and then accept the admission offer once/if it arrives 

Students need to visit the online portal of uni-assist website first then select TU Berlin and current application semester. Then they will have to select "Bachelor and Preparatory School".
