For admission to the B.Tech programme at BFIT Dehradun candidate must have passed 10+2 or equivalent examination with Physics Mathematics and Chemistry/Biology conducted by a recognised University /Board. At BFIT Group of Institutions, Dehradun, aspirants must have passed their 10+2 exam with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics as required subjects in order to be considered for the B.Tech degree program. They needed to have received at least 50% of the possible points in the qualifying exam. Candidates also need to have passed any state-level engineering entrance test, such as JEE Main, with a valid result. Admissions are made on the basis of available seats and merit. Applicants to the BFIT Group of Institutions, Dehradun's B.Tech programme may come from both Science and vocational backgrounds.
