The IHM Aurangabad BHM selection process has two rounds. The first round is the Online Profiling Test and the second round is a Personal Interview.
- Online Profiling Test: It is a psychometric evaluation questionnaire which identifies 25 personality factors with pointers for improvement
- Personal Interview: The test is followed by a personal interview with faculty members. In this, the aspirants are evaluated based on the following areas:

IHM Aurangabad BHM admission is given to candidates who manage to fulfil the eligibility criteria that is set by the university. According to the institute's website that is an official one, the BHM eligibility criteria at IHM Aurangabad states that candidates must pass Class 12 or equivalent exam in any stream with English. Candidates who have appeared for Class 12 exam in the present year and are waiting for their result are also eligible to apply. But their admission will only be completed when they have passed Class 12.
