There are many universities that offer this course through distance. You need to think whether you actually want to opt for distance mode. The issue is that HM is a practical field, which needs practical training. You will be at loss at the time of placement because you would not have any practical experience.

You are eligible to pursue Diploma in hotel management which is almost same for now. After completing your Diploma, you can pursue Bachelor's degree if you want.

After BHM, you can directly get jobs in hotels, cruise, hospitals, airway or all around the world and you can even apply for govt. jobs.
For further study, there's Masters in HA too.

The best college in Jaipur to pursue BHM is IHM, Jaipur of NCHMCT, Ministry of Tourism, Government of India. However, the admission into this college is through an All-India JEE.
