Hi Vishnu,
You can opt for MCA after BHM but you need to have mathematics as one of the compulsory subject in class 12th or in any one of the year in graduation.

All the above courses are more or less has same scope. The opening when advertised in most cases either of the degree holder can apply. But as the matter of precise scope & general designation of degree BHMCT has better preference over other courses.

While pursuing these course you may opt for specialization in:
