BHMS course fees range from INR 10,000 - 2,00,000 per year depending on factors like the infrastructure, lab facilities, clinical exposure, accreditation, etc. BHMS fees in the government colleges range from INR 10,000 - 90,000 per year whereas the fees in private colleges range from INR 18,000 - 2,00,000 per year.

Pursuing BHMS at homoeopathy university is not that much expensive. Tution fee for the BHMS students in homoeopathy university is 130000/- INR per year. BHMS is a 5 and half year course which includes 1 year of internship. This means in total 7,15,000/- INR to 7,20,000/- INR will be charged for a BHMS students in homoeopathy university. It is not that much expensive when compared to other colleges. This total is only tution fee and it is excluded with other expenses.
