Please don't be confused. There is good scope in every field. You must opt for the one which matches your interest and skills. If you have interest in Homeopathy then you must go for it.
After the course completion, you may find employment as :
-Homeopathic practitioner in both India and abroad.
-Medical representative at a private or government hospital.
-Professor or a researcher in any homeopathic college.
-You may start personal clinic.
-You may setup retail shop of homeopathy medicines.
-You may work in industries dealing with homeopathic preparations.
-You may start your own pharmacy.
-You may work in public and private sector.

I would suggest you to explore the field in allied sciences such as Clinical Research, Clinical Data Management, Pharmacovigilance etc.
My suggestion is that whatever course you take up amongst these, make sure it offers you hands on training on at least one software application used in that field. That will add more value to your education.

As per my search I could find some of the colleges offering Master in Public Health (MPH) through correspondence mode. Below is the list.
-IGNOU
-Public Health Foundation of India
-Madhya Pradesh Bhoj (Open) University
