Yes you can defintely change your college. Get the no objection certificate (NOC) from the college and approach the concerned universities for the remaining procedure. But before doing so, you need to check on everything like fees etc and also the requirement of other college or university.

BHMS has a better scope. After the course completion (BHMS), you may find employment as:
1. Homeopathic practitioner in both India and abroad.
2. Medical representative at a private or government hospital.
3. Professor or a researcher in any homeopathic college.
4. You may start personal clinic.
5. You may setup retail shop of homeopathy medicines.
6. You may work in industries dealing with homeopathic preparations.
7. You may start your own pharmacy.
8. You may work in public and private sector.
9. You may work in private or government hospitals, clinics, NGOs, etc.
or
You can apply for:
M.D. is Masters Degree Level.
Ph.D. is Doctoral Degree Le

Yes, you can do homeopathy course through correspondence, however to practice in India you need 5.5 year regular BHMS degree.

You must firstly check which all universities offer a Masters program in hospital management. I will urge you to check the DAAD website. A few related programs are MBA in International Healthcare Management -Frankfurt School of Finance & Managemen and Master in Health and Medical Management-Friedrich-Alexander Universitt Erlangen-Nrnberg. You must also check if the programs are offered in German or English. Clearing GMAT and IELTS might be essential.

B.Pharma is technically a sound course with ample of opportunities. Today, the tagline of the course is if you can think, you can earn big. DPSRU has come into existence from the existing DIPSAR which is a well renowned college and offers ample amount of career opportunities. The number of options after B.Pharma are lot more varied.
