As far as I know, you need to have biology in class XII combination for admission in such course.

The decision would be based on your interest areas and long term career plans. If you want to pursue a career in academics / technical / research areas then M.Sc. Would be a better option However if you want to move into general management side then MBA would be better.

the question in NEET are based on ncert but sticking only to ncert is not good. You should practice from a refresher as well and attempt previous years also. But you should have a good command over the concept and learn all the jargons. Learn by writing repeatedly.

If you want to take admissions into B.Sc. Marine biology then you must have physics, chemistry, maths and biology in your 11th and 12th grades with good score. If you want to do M.Sc then you must hold a Masters degree in marine biology or zoology or life Science or biotechnology, etc.

Focus more on conceptual clarity than simply mugging up the study. Taking notes while reading improves your memory and helps you retain concepts better, for a longer period. Schedule your study hours. You should always plan your study so that you can cover new topics every day and not repeat them. Topics like Cell Biology and Human Welfare, Human Physiology, Genetics and Evolution, Applications of Biotechnology carry more weight-age.
