If you want to go for M.Sc in microbiology or molecular biology then go for B.Sc in zoology rather botany because in microbiology and molecular biology as there is a great scope.

Yes, you can definitely go for B.Tech in Information Technology. As you have studied Physics, Chemistry and Maths in class 11th and class 12th, then you can definitely go for Engineering.

You can't enter the top most government college like NIT, IIIT, IIT unless you get good mark in JEE Main mark if you wish to join private college then you don't need to write JEE EXAM.

No, it won't affect at all because the basics that you will need will be taught in the 1st semester itself. Studying in PUC will give u an edge as u will have experience over the topics, but if you haven't studied CS or IP doesn't affect much as I had also experienced such situation during my B.Tech in CSE as I also had Bio in my PU exams.
