Astrobilology can be related to Physics. Physics and relative physics is the mantra. However, you also need to be in constant touch with chemistry, astronomy, biology, molecular biology, ecology, planetary Science, geography, and geology. I suggest study physics in your B.Sc. After completing your B.Sc. You should join any reputed institute for higher studies in Astronomy and then you can specialize in Astrobilology. Please keep in mind that NASA recruits people with outstanding Academic background and some experience in the same field with some research work or so on. So your first milestone is B.Sc. Physics. Nope, unfortunately you cannot do so as DU has the guideline to get include only the Science subjects as in physics, chemistry and biology along with English for the calculation of best of 4 subjects for B.Sc. In any Science related stream. All the best !

You have good scores, you meet the basic requirement of the admission of at least 50 % in 12th PCB.
So you can apply to the college to get the admission. Rest it depends on the cut off.
