No, you can't do B.Tech in biotech unless you had PCM or have studied maths as a core subject.

DMLT is the option as you will save you a year compared to BMLT. But I would suggest you to go for Masters as biotech is an emerging field and you have bright options as a biotechnologist. Also, if you are inclined towards medical labs, many genetic and molecular labs prefer biotech candidates.
