It highly depends on the individual. Usually, it takes around 80–90 GBP per month for basic groceries and mobile bills.

Yes, in fact, UoB has the highest number of international students in the city. People are welcome over here, and there is no discrimination among any ethnic group. the university has many clubs, groups, or societies which organise events as per the festival, be it langaar event, a garba night, ramdan event, a Chinese New Year, and many more. Everyone at the university is invited to attend the event.

Usually, they don't charge for an application fee for majority of the postgraduate taught programme. in case of few programmes, they may charge around 50 GBP (around 5300 INR as on date). Sometimes they might offer you a conditional offer letter stating that "you must satisfy all your outstanding items". Usually, they consider depositing the admission amount; after that, you need to upload the receipt in your admission portal. They take around 15–20 working days to release the unconditional offer letter and another 15-20 working days to release the CAS letter.
