Selection is based entirely on the candidate's past academic record, specialisation preference, availability of seats and score in BITSAT. Candidates, who have passed Class 12 in 2022 are only eligible to appear in 2023 and are eligible to apply for the BITS Pilani BE course. Apart from the BITSAT scores, students are also required to fulfil the minimum eligibility requirements.

Candidates can get admission in BIT Mesra M.Tech course with a valid GATE score.
