The conduct certificate will be usually given by the school from where you get graduated. They will be issuing once you pass the 12th board exams.
The conduct certificate is nothing but your behavior as a student which will be certified by the school.

First of all, BITS Pilani don't wants admission according to category basis they take admission purely on merit. Second thing is, it doesn't matter how much you scored in total they wants 75% aggregate in PCM to get admission in BITS any campus.

BITS Pilani is among the India's finest institution where admission is solely on the merit basis. So, you must need to attempt BITSAT in case you want admission there, and as far as preparation strategies are concerned have a grip over NCERT textbooks along with a good practice of previous years paper, solve 1 -2 test paper everyday, this will surely increases your chances to score good in the BITSAT.

Because during completion of BITSAT 2017 exam form, they are not asked about your marks in 12th standard.

Here, I have given all the eligibility criteria for BITSAT 2016.
Students must have passed the 12th examination from a recognized central or state board or its equivalent with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics. Also, they must have adequate proficiency in English.
They should have obtained a minimum of aggregate 75% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics/Biology subjects in 12th examination. Candidates must secure at least 60% marks in each of these subjects individually.
Only Students, who are appearing for 12th examination in 2016 or who have passed 12th Examination in 2015, are eligible to appear in the online test.
