Hello, it's actually a shakespearean dilemma! To be or not to be! Taking a gap of one year for preparation of entrance examination or not taking it. Both have prose and cons. I personally feel that it's not great even if you loose one year, but it can make difference if you study well and achieve outstanding results as a result of this gap. But I leave the choice to you. For BITS your BITSAT score will be considered for admission. You can appear in the counseling process which starts in mid of October. After counseling, you will get a clear picture of the branch as it tends to change every year. Your JEE is irrelevant to your admission to BITS as it is not considered. All the best!
