Of course, government college which is good. The issue is that the subject offers as Vocational Course in a poor manner. JNU or Jamia Milia Islamia University is very good for this but colleges not. Makhan Lal University, Madhya Pradesh is also a known one. IIMC is a good name in Delhi.

Hi Prajwal,
Yes, absolutely. BJMC is as same as Bachelors in journalism (Honors) offered by DU. It's just that the notation of the courses might be different with the range of topics slightly varying from each other, but the course will lead you to the same hallway of opportunities in the field of journalism, media and mass communication.
All the best.

Dear,
According to me, you may consider BJMC programme and give your next 3 years of graduation to learn music from your respected guru or established institute and then think whether you want to pursue music as a career or journalism.
All the best.

BMC, BJMC, BAJMC and BA (MC) are the same courses having different names and a bit different structure offered by various institutes. These all are Bachelor's degree courses in the field of journalism and mass communication.
Apart from that, BMM stands for Bachelor of Media Management which is also a Bachelor's degree in Media sector.
BJMC is the modern one which has all the subjects of journalism, mass media, and communication.
Other all are same and called differently in different colleges.
