Hi,
The criteria for admission to BJMC in IPU is you need to have 50% marks in 12th from any stream, for VIPS your CET rank should be under 1100 if you are outside Delhi candidate, then it should be under 1000.

The best thing that I would suggest you do is try getting into IIMC for PG diploma program. But, just in case you are not able to do so, then join a job and then go for Masters simultaneously.
