BMLT is ideal for students interested in medical laboratory technology and willing to commit to a more specialised and rigorous program. On the other hand, B.Sc. General Science provides a broader foundation in Science subjects and allows students to explore various fields, including non-traditional ones.

In 2024, if you’re looking for a more focused and challenging programme with job opportunities in medical laboratory technology, BMLT might be the better choice. However, if you prefer a more general Science education with flexibility in choosing a specialization, B.Sc. General Science could be the way to go.
