There are a total of 60 seats available at the university for the course. The common eligibility for this course is qualification of Second PUC/Class 12 / equivalent exam conducted by the State /Central Government authorities with English as one of the subjects and Physics, Chemistry, and Biology as optional subjects. To pursue BSc Nursing from Srimanta Sankaradeva University of Health Sciences, an applicant must have passed with a minimum of 50% aggregate in class 12 with subjects Physics, Chemistry and Biology. Furthermore, Male candidates are not eligible for admission at Govt. institutes affiliated with Sankaradeva University Guwahati and must seek admission at Private colleges that offer BSc Nursing.
